Angel joined CCLP’s development team in 2021, expanding the organization’s reach to improve the lives of Coloradans experiencing poverty.
Angel is a passionate advocate for reproductive justice, criminal justice reform and educational equity. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Regis University. Following her graduation in 2018 she went on to work for the Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights and KIPP Colorado Schools. There she gained a variety of experience within the nonprofit realm from institutional funding and fundraising event planning to youth programming and advocacy.
Born and raised in West Denver she is motivated by the great work that CCLP does to create systemic change in Colorado and is honored to be a part of it.
