CCLP meeting rooms are now available at low cost to nonprofit organizations needing modern, productive spaces for events and group activities.
Our new office renovation prioritizes community and collaboration. CCLP headquarters include four modern meeting spaces, ready to serve our communities. These conference rooms are suitable for small meetings and large, including events hosting as many as 50 people at a time.
Our staff will be happy to show you a meeting room before making a reservation to see how well it meets your needs!
All rooms come equipped with audio/visual video conferencing capabilities:
- HDMI and DisplayPort monitor connections (bring your own laptop)
- 55 – 85 inch monitor/screens
- Wi-fi internet access
- Remote controlled components
- Wide-angle web cameras
Projector and projection screen are also available for use with your own laptop.
No laptop? No problem! Computer towers are already connected to each monitor – just bring a thumb drive, or connect through an internet browser. Or you may request to borrow a laptop for your reservation by emailing info@copolicy.org, referencing the room and date requested.
