The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing as well as the Department of Human Services contract with a vendor, Deloitte, to operate its Colorado Benefits Management System — the technology platform that counties use to determine eligibility for various public benefits. Deloitte has been Colorado’s vendor for over 15 years.
