Katherine Wallat, Legal Director at CCLP, provided testimony against House Bill 26-1327, which aimed to address the problem of large corporations relying on the state to provide health insurance by paying their workers low enough wages to enroll in Medicaid. CCLP is leaving X

CCLP has made the decision to end our engagement on the social media network known as X (formerly Twitter). As an antipoverty organization advancing the rights of every Coloradan, we envision a Colorado where everyone has what they need to succeed. While we are grateful for the many years of community and collaboration we have shared on Twitter, we cannot continue to support a platform that actively fosters cruelty and disinformation, threatening and harming the communities we serve.
